How we build these verdicts
We read the provider's own support and help pages first, because a company documenting a service is the strongest evidence available without a lab. Where the provider only markets a service without documenting it, we label it as marketing. Where the provider says nothing at all, we say that rather than borrowing a verdict from somewhere else, and only then do we fall back to named third-party reporting.
None of this is a substitute for testing, and we do not pretend otherwise. Providers rotate server addresses and broadcasters refresh their blocklists continuously, so a verdict is a snapshot of what somebody published on a date, not a promise about tonight. That is why every row carries its date and why claims older than 45 days are marked.
