Before you book.

How fast can you usually fix a problem?

Most sessions resolve inside 60 minutes. Straightforward issues (printer, Outlook, a single misbehaving app) are often done inside 30 minutes. Stacked or stubborn problems take our 90-minute Deep Dive tier. If we can’t fix it in the session window, we won’t charge you — that’s the guarantee.

What happens if you can’t fix it?

You pay nothing. We hold your card at booking as an authorisation (no money leaves your account), and we only capture payment once the problem is solved and you agree. If we can’t fix it, the hold is voided and drops off your statement within a few days.

Can I watch the whole session?

Yes — you watch on your own screen from start to finish. You can talk to the technician throughout, ask questions, and end the session with one click at any point. We narrate what we’re doing as we go, so you understand what’s changed on your machine.

Is my data safe?

Sessions use AES-256 encryption (the same standard banks use) through Zoho Assist. The session link is one-time and expires after use — it cannot be reused. Nothing is installed on your computer, so there is no software left behind. We’re registered with the ICO and handle any personal data under UK GDPR.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. Zoho Assist runs in your browser. You click the one-time link we email you, approve the connection, and we’re in. When the session ends, the connection closes and there is no lingering software on your machine.

What devices do you support?

Windows 10 / 11 desktops and laptops, plus macOS. We also support most common Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint). If you use ChromeOS, email us first — some sessions work, but not all.
